秋の花々

このところ子供たちの学校行事や発表会で忙しく、花を愛でる時間もありませんが、息子のピアノの発表会に保育園で０歳児クラスの担任だった保育士さんがきれいな花束を持ってきて下さいました。花瓶に活けてみたら、思いがけず我が家も秋らしく豪華な雰囲気に。

初秋刀魚

今年初めて秋刀魚を食べました。あまりの新鮮さに思わずパチリ。
塩をした後網でよく焼いて、シークヮーサーを振りかけて食べました。
うま～い！冷凍モノとはやっぱり違う旬の美味しさでした。
First sanma, Brevoort, this year. They are so fresh and beautiful that I couldn't help taking a picture.
Broiling them very well with salt, we ate them with shiquasa juice, an Okinawan lemon. Yummy! It's far better than chilled sanma.
