アワセそば食べてみました

先日ちゃんぷるー・どっとこむで仕入れた乾めんの沖縄そば、早速試食してみました。豚肉が無かったので、焼いたベーコンと紅しょうがをプラスしました。
めんは、インスタントにしてはいい感じ。スープは私にはちょっと濃いので、粉末を少なめにしました。乾燥ネギが、写真では分からないと思いますが、結構存在感があっていい感じ。
保存が効くし、忙しいときには重宝しそうです。

I cooked instant noodle, Awasesoba, that I bought for my net shop the other day. Since I didn't have any pork, I put grilled bacon and colored ginger.
Noodle was good, though it's instant. Soup was too salty for me, so I reduced the soup powder. Dried green onion, though not noticeable in this picture, was impressive. I didn't expect much in instant noodle, but this one is good enough.
As it can be stored for a long time and it's instant, it will help me when I am very busy.
