ひな祭り２００９

今年のひな祭りも平日でちょっと大変だったけど、ちらし寿司とイチゴのシフォンケーキを手作りしました。ハマグリは買えなかったのでアーサのおつゆ。こういうお祝いが出来るのもあと少し、と思って頑張りました～！

It's a little demanding for me to prepare all those good stuff for Hina Doll Festival because it's workday. But I made a strawberry tube cake, chirashi-zushi, vinegared rice with strips of egg, salmon flakes and roes, vegetables and laver. Since I couldn't buy expensive clams, I made sea lettuce soup instead. I tried my best because I felt my teenage daughter would soon not appreciate this festival any more.
