菜っ葉

雨上がりの朝、畑に行ってみてびっくり！細ニラのようにしか見えなかったほうれん草がぐんと大きくなっていました。間引くのに１時間ほどかかり、帰宅後根っこをキッチンバサミで切って洗って食べられるようにするのに２時間かかり・・・農業って意外と時間がかかります。だけどサラダにして食べたら本当に美味しくて、ボウルいっぱい作ってあっという間になくなりました。今日はマルチを張ってトマトも植えました。

We went to the field to get surprized with much grown spinach that looked thin, Chinese leek. It took me about an hour to thin them out, and two hours to cut root with scissors and wash. I didn't know it takes so much time from harvesting to eating. But salad I made with them was so delicious that a big bowl of it was eaten very fast. Today we also planted tomatos.
