聖護院大根

I cooked Shogoin radish for the first time. Though I've been interested in this vegetable, I never bought it before because I don't know how to cook this round radish. It's in the vegetable box, which contains a variety of safe, reasonably-priced vegetables but I cannot make selection, so I had to cook it. First I cut it into one-bite size, sauted it with butter and simmer it till it's tender. I was yummy!
