沖縄プリズム

復帰前後のドキュメンタリーフィルムも面白かったし、改めて沖縄という島の奥深さを思い知らされました。
Autumn is the best season for art, so we vist art museum almost every week. Yesterday we went to an exhibition OKINAWA PRISMEO held at the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo. We were so fascinated by every exhibit that we just lost track of time. I enjoyed introductory films of Okinawa shot before WWII in particular. They are kind of propaganda films, but scenery in Naha and Itoman and tombs are so beautiful. I also enjoyed documentary films shot around Okinawa's reversion to Japanese administration in 1972 very much. After all the exhibition increased my recognition of Okinawa's intricacy.
